American Southern Cuisine
The American South is filled with food that comes from a cross between old world dishes and new world ingredients flavored by cooks from Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. At Ozark, I present my own take on the classic dishes from diners, soul food and potlucks. I stay true to the flavor and feel of the original recipes, but may update the technique or bring in a twist on the ingredients. It is important to be informed by tradition, but not be a slave to it. The rich past is my inspiration but my goal is to constantly improve and move forward. Enjoy!

Ozark Private Table by Chef Kevin Mize
The Ozark Private Table is an opportunity for us to present a variety of different kinds of food in an open roof deck for you to enjoy the beautiful Baguio atmosphere. You will enjoy a relaxing evening of fine food in a casual and convivial atmosphere. We present an ever changing menu of special dinners that cover a wide range of choices, from high end steaks to Cajun Seafood Nights, and many other themes.
