We stay true to the flavor and feel of the original, but may update the technique or bring in a twist on the ingredients. It is important to be informed by tradition, but not be a slave to it. The rich past is our inspiration but our goal is to constantly improve and move forward.

We have chosen a select list of chefs that will entice everyone from the local Baguio City residents to the constantly adventurous foodie tourist. We are perpetually on the path of learning about and perfecting each product we offer our customers.
Private Table
The Ozark Private Table is an opportunity for us to present a variety of different kinds of food in an open roof deck for you to enjoy the beautiful Baguio atmosphere. You will enjoy a relaxing evening of fine food in a casual and convivial atmosphere. We present an ever changing menu of special dinners that cover a wide range of choices, from high end steaks to Cajun Seafood Nights, and many other themes. Bed & Breakfast
Ozark Bed & Breakfast provides the perfect spot for a cool and quiet weekend getaway for couples. Our large rooms include a queen size bed, a private balcony overlooking Saint Louis University and tree covered hillsides. You can choose from packages that include food service from Ozark Diner or our new Private Table, as well as options for foot spa service in your room.
